Our carpenters put these together by hand at our Thornbury yard using the same treated softwood decking boards we sell every day, held together with proper exterior grade screws. Choose the Size that Suits Your Space
Not every garden is the same, so our decking planters come in a good range of sizes. You can pick from two widths, three heights, and lengths from 1.2m right up to 2.4m. Need something that does not fit the standard options? We do custom sizes too, so just get in touch and we will build to your measurements.
The taller planters work brilliantly for raised beds and give you a proper depth for growing, while the lower ones are handy for edging a patio or dressing up a bare corner. Because they are built from decking board, they sit nicely alongside a new deck and tie the whole look together.
Built to Last Outdoors
All the timber we use for our decking planters is pressure treated to a high standard, so it stands up to the British weather far better than untreated wood. That means less worry about rot and a longer life out of your planter.
One thing worth knowing before you order: we do not supply or fit liners. Most folk add their own liner or line the inside with a bit of membrane before filling with soil, which helps protect the timber and keeps everything tidy. And remember, wood is a natural product, so a little movement and colour change over the seasons is completely normal.
