We are based in Thornbury 10 miles north of Bristol, you are welcome to come and collect your order, you don't need to order in advance but if you want to that's absolutely fine, just select 'pick up' at check out and head on over. If its a custom order please call ahead first to check its ready for collection.

If you choose delivery, we will deliver your order in 2-7 days depending on your location (please see zone information below).

We deliver to ALL BS, GL, SN, BA, NP & CF postcodes! As well as a few others, if you have a large/bulk order and live not too far out of our area call the office and we can see if we can accommodate you.

Once your items are bought and paid for, don't panic if you don't hear from us for a few days, you will receive an email and text notifying you of a 2-hour delivery window the day before your delivery is scheduled and will be able to track your driver on the day of delivery.

As per most timber/builder merchants, we are curbside delivery. You don’t need to be in, we’re happy to leave your items on your driveway or front garden as long as these are easily accessible for our drivers.

Please note we cannot take goods through your house, up or down flights of steps or down alleyways round the back! This isn’t to be awkward, we don’t want to damage your property, the goods, or our staff! We hope you understand.

We deliver Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 18:00 (could be later in summer months when busy), we occasionally deliver on bank holidays and weekends but only at peak times.

It goes without saying sometimes it doesn't always go to plan, vans break down, drivers call in sick or there could be delays on the roads, if this happens we will contact you.
